The Old Basement Floors
Our awesome clients Terry and Alyssa wanted to bring their Morris Plains bi-level finished basement rooms and utility areas flooring into the 21st century. The existing old clay and ceramic tiles they considered outdated, cold, and difficult to maintain. We suggested tying together the basement utility kitchen, laundry room, and hallway, to the large family/rec room with a waterproof vinyl plank floor.

The New Basement Floors
Our installation team began by removing any loose or broken tiles and filling the voids with a cementitious patch. We also removed the unsightly raised marble saddles to create one level flooring surface throughout the basement. Our master craftsman John did a brilliant job installing and connecting all four areas beautifully.
