Glue Down Vinyl Plank Flooring | Little Falls, NJ
This installation of a glue down luxury vinyl plank floor was done for Robert M., one of our many returning customers. He purchased a rental property, a 3rd floor condo in an upscale hi-rise called The Mill at Little Falls. He called us in to help him with some new flooring ideas. Robert wanted a product that would be easy to maintain, and more importantly, easily repaired if damaged. We suggested a glue down Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) from Karndean. This floor will be completely waterproof, extremely durable, and very easy to maintain. This floor will also be easy to repair should it ever get damaged by the tenants.

Rip-up and Removal
A big part of the work included removal and disposal of existing carpet, laminate, sheet vinyl and last but not least Spanish clay tile set in over an inch of tile mud. It took two men with small jackhammers 3 days to do the job. Remember that this is a 3rd-floor condo. We carefully and cleanly removed all of the debris from the job site.

Glue Down Vinyl Plank Floor Installation
When installing a glued down vinyl floor, you want the substrate to be as clean and dust-free as possible. This will ensure the best adhesive bond and long life of your new vinyl flooring.
Waterproof Vinyl Wood Flooring
This type of flooring is perfect for rental properties because of it’s incredible durability, waterproof nature, and the fact that it could pass for real hardwood flooring. We installed this vinyl wood flooring in the entire condo, including the kitchen, front entrance, living room and two bedrooms. The whole project was approximately 980 sq feet. For the finishing touches, we painted and installed shoe molding and provided the proper transitions where needed.
